Shipping and Returns Policy



Please note that international orders may be subject to import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid by Domville Atelier LLC. nor are they set by Domville Atelier LLC., rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc. charges you may incur. 

All orders are posted using special delivery or courier and will need a signature. You will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure someone is at delivery address to sign for the order.

We can also offer Priority/First Class mail for faster delivery service to any address within the US, please email for quote. 


  1. Please send an email to to start any returns. The email must include name, order number and a brief description of the reason for returning the product as it will allow us to understand if there is anything we could do better with our product or service. Soon after, you will receive an email with detailed information on how to ship/return the product.

  2. Please return unopened items back in original boxes and packaging within 10 days. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the scarf.

  3. All items will be returned at the shopper expense and should be done through a delivery method that includes a tracking number.  We can recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods such as USPS Priority Mail, DHL, UPS or FedEx.
    This will allow us to track all goods if lost in the mail. Domville Atelier LLC. will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us, and no credit will be processed on lost items.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the receipt of merchandise. A confirmation will be sent to you via email once the returned good has been inspected and processed. The return amount, minus shipping, will be return to customer in the original form of payment or in a store credit, if preferred by customer. Please note we will only refund the postage if the product sent is damaged or faulty product, or if the product does not match your order.



Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of item's receipt, and following the same steps detailed in the returns section above. We will be sending an invoice to our customer if there is a difference in cost between the two items exchanged (or a refund, if needed). The customer will be responsible for shipping both ways.



All scarfs may have variations. Some of our products are hand woven from natural fibers. Any variation in the weave or texture are inherent characteristics of the fabric. All our scarves are limited-edition textiles with handmade elements, as a result, slight variations in pattern, size, and hemming can be expected. Please treat with care.
